$40 Minimum delivery charge (Within a 10min drive from the shop)
         + $1 - Each addition min of driving one way.
         + $10 - Larger items requiring an extra mover.
         + $10 - 2nd story or basement delivery.

Everything is sold as is and with no returns. Please measure your space and furniture and look over your each piece thoroughly before purchasing your items.
